Mr. Brown is a wounded and disability retired New Jersey police officer with over 30 years experience dealing with criminal and motor vehicle laws. He was trained and certified in the operation and use of Radar, Field Sobriety and Breath Testing. He has also been successful in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, contracts, separation agreements and protecting employee & retiree pensions.
